NRG Effects products are availble to be shipped internationally from the UK using trackable services. Shipping costs are added at checkout according to your delivery address.
All prices to all countries are in Pound Sterling (GBP £) and do not include VAT or any other taxes.
Products shipped to any destinations outside of the UK are liable to have import duties, taxes and fees charged by the local courier service to receive items. Customers are responsible for any such payments charged by their destination country.
My newest range of pedals are all handmade to order with a range of variations and options available when ordering. The main versions will be listed on the product page and available to order from the drop-down menus. Variations not listed and further customistations are available by special request. GET IN CONTACT to discuss possible further options and customisations.
In stock pedals are generally shipped out within a few working days of ordering.
Pedals that are handmade to order, or ordered from upcoming small batches, will be shipped when complete. Completion times for such orders will vary due to build time, demand, workload and unforseen circumstances. GET IN CONTACT to be given an estimated build time, if not stated within the product's discription.
Every pedal is lovingly and meticulously handmade using the best qaulity parts I have availble. All descriptions and photos serve to best represent the product you will recieve. Due to the invidual handmade nature of each pedal, the exact layout, components used, operation and cosmetic details may vary slightly. I believe this is what makes every one of my pedals special, with every element meeting my high and exacting standards.
RETURNS:
NRG Effects can accept returns of standard pedals listed on and purchased from our online shop within 14 days of you receiving the pedal.
NRG Effects are unable to accept returns of specially customised pedals.
You will need to get in contact before returning a pedal to agree the return and a refund.
Return delivery of an item is the responsibility of the customer.
In order to receive a full refund, pedals must be in 100% working and cosmetic condition, complete with all original packaging.
Any refund will not be issued until the returned pedal has been inspected and tested by NRG Effects.
If the returned pedal is deemed by NRG Effects to not be in 100% working and cosmetic condition, complete with all original packaging, any refund will adjusted accordingly.
A full refund does not include any postage and packing costs.
WARRANTY:
All NRG Effects pedals and products have a two year warranty which covers component and manufacturing defects for up to two years from date of order to the original purchaser.
The warranty does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling, general wear-and-tear, or issues arising from modification and repair undertaken by anyone other than NRG Effects.
Any changes and modifications made by anyone other than NRG Effects will void the warranty.
I want my pedals to always be working their best for the user, so if you are having any issues with your pedal (even if beyond the 2 year warranty period), please GET IN CONTACT so I can advise and help.
REPAIRS:
I'm always happy to carry out repair work on NRG Effects pedals if ever necessary.
I would prefer to repair any NRG Effects pedals myself, even if the pedal or the issue is not covered under the two year warranty.
If I confirm that the issue is covered under the warranty, any work and the cost of delivery back to you will be covered by NRG Effects.
For repairs not covered by the warranty, any work and the cost of delivery back to you will be charged accordingly. Payment must be made before your pedal is returned to you.

You are responsible for delivery of your pedal to NRG Effects for repair.
Upon receiving your pedal, I will assess and thoroughly test it before starting any work.
Should it become apparent that any issues are not covered by warranty due to general wear-and-tear, misuse or improper handling, the cost of repair will not be covered by NRG Effects.
We will contact you to confirm any work to be carried out and an estimated cost before starting work.
Turnaround time for repairs is dependent on our current workload, but I endeavour to have your pedal back with you happy and well as swiftly as possible.
